2002 on Main Rentals and Management has been established in June of 1995. The Principal Owners and Managers are Bjoern Koch and Patsy Chilson.



2002 on Main was developed as a Rental/ Management Service company for Owners by Owners. 75 % of the Properties are owned and operated By Patsy Chilson and Bjoern Koch.
We currently operate Offices in Park City Utah at 605 Main Street Suite 201 and Cabo San Lucas - Mexico at 285 Camino de La Plaza Local # 2. In utah we currently service the Deer Valley Area, Park City and the Canyons.

Our Cabo San Lucas Branch is operated and managed by Timothy Vanni. Tim has been a resident of Cabo San Lucas since September of 2001. In Cabo San Lucas we service the Terrasol Beach Resort, Misiones del Cabo and Various Homes and Villas
